I can not get a great shirt, because my parents cut my clothes. And latly, when I wash my shirts, they are not retreating, but the substance?
And when I say, it looks like someone pulled the bottom of the shirt does not fit well.
Why is it, what can I do?

There are two things you can do. Do not buy shirts that are 100% cotton. If you are 50% polyester 50% cotton, so no discount. The other thing you can do, they should be washed in cold water and do not let them in the dryer too long. This also holds cotton shirt 100% reduction at most. This could be a good time to intervene and tell your parents that you begin to be responsible for their own clothes.
Buy pre-washed cotton t
Try a different brand.
