Kerr Canning Does Anyone Have The Recipe For Green Tomatoes Pickles Shown In The Kerr Canning Book?

Does anyone have the recipe for green tomatoes pickles shown in the kerr canning book? - kerr canning

I have my Kerr canning book and simply have no time to try to find another. Thank surface.

Green Tomato Pickles recipe


Ingredients:
Kosher Style
Fried Green Tomatoes
Celery
Green Peppers
Garlic
2 liters of water
Quarter 1 tablespoon vinegar soup
1 cup salt
Dill to taste


Instructions:
Use small, firm green tomatoes. Pack into sterilized Kerr jars. Cut into each chamber pot on a button of garlic, 1 stalk celery and 1 green bell pepper into quarters. Make a brine of water, vinegar and salt and dill boiled for 5 minutes. Pour the hot brine over cucumbers in jars and seal at once. You will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. This amount of fluid that fills about 6 liters

Green Tomato Pickles

INGREDIENTS:
4 liters of green tomatoes sliced, lightly packed
1 onion, sliced quarter less compact
1 cup pickling salt, divided
2 pounds brown sugar
6 cups vinegar (5% acidity)
2 small red chili Peppers
1 / 3 cup mustard seeds
1 / 4 cup celery seed
1 teaspoon black pepper tea
1 tablespoon whole allspice
2 v. Carnation Tea

PREPARATION:
Insert the sprinkle sliced tomatoes and onions in separate bowls 3 / 4 cup of salt in the tomatoes and 1 / 4 cup onion salt and stir the two mixtures. I just got a batch of these pickles. It is my mother in laws recipe.
Sweet Green Tomato Pickles
2 liters. green tomatoes, sliced
1 quart. Onion, chopped
2 red bell pepper, diced
All this with 4 of table tomatoes. Salt and support Overnite
Drain well.
Bring to a boil: 4 v. 4 tablespoons vinegar 1tsp.tumeric, tbls.mustard sugar 2 seeds and 1 teaspoon of tea. Celery seed.
Add onions and cook 1 min.
Tomatoes and peppers.
Slowly boil. 6-liter cans and sealed. Delicious.
