Things are separate positive and negative blood.
The types of blood
A alleles, which have AA or AO
Blood type B, BB or BO
AB blood type is AB
and blood type O, that is OO
Only through our A and B alleles are dominant (co-dominant), while O is recessive, ie combinations of alleles producing different phenotypes 3, 4

So I wonder if O & A can be nothing other than B.
A good start can be AA or AO ... Punnett square for each one can (or is it just to make OO).

----- A ---- A
O --- AO - AO
O --- AO - AO
So that all children is a blood of the cross --

O --- A -----
AO --- O --- OO
O - OO ---- AO

In that cross one or OR (50% chance for all).
With its wrong that only B will not be possible, but to AB and function of the cross (AA or AO) O May not even a possibility.
I am not 100% sure how the Rh + / - work thing, but I think if you are a ....., is positive, your child be very good, but do not quote me ona!

A person of type A blood type can result in a sort of a gene and a gene for Type A or Type A for two genes. A person can only genes for type O-type "O". Because neither parent carries the gene for type B, which can be a form of child B, impact positively or negatively.
