How can I capture the video on a website into .mpg format? - index of/ .mpg
Is there a program or a way to download videos from a site that is not a "save target as capture ..." Option? That's what I do: I would like to take this video to:

to save it. o. mpg avi. There must be a 2-formats, so no need to install a special video player to play the files once registered. Does anyone know a way to do this? Thanks in advance!
