What can i use as a double boiler? - double boiler pan
I have a glass bowl and a frying pan as a bain-marie and mid-term review process, broke the bowl. What a good dish, instead of glass? work is made of plastic (eg, Tupperware) or ceramic? Glass only am I doing wrong?

You can use 2 pots, with one another. It would be easier to use a pot and a dish like pot 2cd have to deal with. Try the pot with water to a higher position in the first pot. The upper pot to be heated by steam from the bottom of the pot.
