Steroids are drugs good? Oh, I mean, if someone has children's Tylenol, search box warnings bleeding in the stomach. I have and Motro, and Advil.

Tylenol (acetaminophen) does not cause direct damage to the lining of the stomach. Unlike anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Advil / Motrin (eg ibuprofen) and aspirin is not cause paracetamol (bleeding), ulcers and erosions in the digestive tract.
